This 7-bedroom residence style villa successfully harmonizes traditional Caribbeanesque style with subtle touches from the Far East. Only the finest materials accent almost every inch of this 14,000 square foot haven including exquisite marble floors and balustrades, exotic hardwood ceilings and immaculate granite countertops. The sunken living room exudes the richness of elegant island living, while the kitchen offers contemporary comforts such as GE Monogram appliances. On the main floor, the massive Grand Villa Suite houses a walk-in dressing room, lounge area with Balinese daybed, double showers and a unique infinity-edge marble bathtub. On this level, there is also a guest room with twin beds and a Queen ensuite. All 3 main-level rooms have direct access onto the expansive terrace which leads to the infinity pool with hot tub. The ground floor offers a voluminous 2-bedroom pool suite, which also houses the entertainment/media room with wet bar and kitchenette. The King ensuite with garden view boasts a heavenly bathroom accented with marble and travertine while the Queen ensuite is a stone's throw from the pool. This is a perfect area for a nanny and children to enjoy a day of fun, games and swimming. A very private King bed garden suite with its unique "tunnel" design rounds out the ground floor. The Loft Suite sits atop the villa with the crystalline views of St. Martin and other islands, nearby resorts and the indigo Caribbean Sea. This mesmerizing suite has its very own private balcony, a kitchenette, and an adjacent sun terrace - perfect for rejuvenating massages or sunset cocktails for two. NOTE:

Getting There Guest arriving at the Ferry terminal or at Wallblake airport will be met by a staff member and escorted to a taxi which will then transport them to the property. Villa Policy

• A maximum number of guests: 14
• Children are welcome
• No pets in the Villa
• A $2,000 refundable security deposit applies to all villa rentals. Reports of any damages will be submitted within 5 days of departure.
• Guests are billed a government-imposed, tourism marketing levy of $1 per person/per night upon departure.
• Guests are billed a 15% service charge on all grocery provisioning.
• For rollaway beds, there is a charge is $75 per bed/per night
• Guests are charged a standard phone/fax fee of $50, per week.
• Guests are required to sign the Sheriva Release of Liability form on check-in. For minors, parents must sign on each child's behalf.
• Guests are charged a 5% surcharge on all activities/services they booked while here (i.e. snorkeling, massages, babysitter, boat charter, etc.)
• Sheriva requires Pre-Arrival information at least 7 days in advance of guest arrival. Certain items (i.e. Kosher food) is not abundant on Anguilla and therefore this information is to be provided in a timely manner
• Check-in: 3 PM
• Check-out: 11 AM (Late Check-out after 1 PM may be available upon request. Hourly surcharge applies)

Special Events For weddings or group events, there is an additional event fee which includes: use of the new Events Pavilion, event diningware, event service staff, and development-liaison services. The event fee starts at ~$4500 and is billed on departure and appears on the final bill. Other related event costs will be billed to guests (i.e. equipment rentals, live entertainment, interior décor services) unless part of a promotional package. INQUIRE
